After finishing this program, participants will acquire the knowledge and abilities required to excel as school administrators. Throughout their training, they'll develop an understanding of diverse ethnic, gender, and cultural perspectives. The Educational Leadership Master's Program provides structured learning opportunities for:
(A) those pursuing a master's degree in Educational Leadership, and
(B) individuals with a master's degree aiming to obtain Level 1 certification in Educational Leadership.
Both pathways equip graduates for initial (Level 1 Certification) administrative roles within Florida's school districts and similar professional areas.
