The MPH program is dedicated to academic rigor, preparing students to become culturally aware public health practitioners capable of leading innovative solutions and offering specialized skills to tackle health disparities among disadvantaged populations. The curriculum encompasses five fundamental domains: environmental and occupational health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy and administration, along with behavioral sciences and health education. Beyond mastering these core subjects, traditional MPH candidates will develop specialized expertise through focused coursework in their selected public health concentration, complemented by practical fieldwork and professional internships. To earn the MPH degree, students must also complete an applied public health research initiative and successfully pass a comprehensive written examination.
