The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Facilities Management is a four-year undergraduate program designed to equip students for careers in facility management (FM). This interdisciplinary field merges areas like business, architecture, and construction to optimize built environments by harmonizing people, spaces, processes, and technology. Our program holds accreditation from the Facility Management Accreditation Commission (FMAC).
Housed within the School of Business and Industry, the FM program maintains a distinctive collaboration with the School of Architecture and Engineering Technology. This innovative approach cultivates students' ability to assess FM challenges from a comprehensive organizational viewpoint. The curriculum spans 120 credit hours, incorporating general education requirements alongside specialized courses in business, architecture, and construction. With nine accounting credits, three finance credits, and eight credits in professional leadership development (PLD), graduates gain an educational foundation that surpasses other FM programs nationwide.
