Silberman College stands as an esteemed institution for accounting and tax education, boasting a rich tradition of delivering cutting-edge academic programs tailored to the accounting field and its professionals. The MS in Accounting program offers two specialized pathways. Currently, both tracks are exclusively available on-campus (at either the Metro or Florham locations). Graduates from either program will fulfill the academic prerequisites for CPA exam eligibility and licensure. The initial pathway, integrated into the College's 150-hour accounting curriculum, caters to students holding an undergraduate degree or specialization in accounting. This program earned the distinguished Innovation in Accounting Education Award from the American Accounting Association. The alternative track serves students without prior accounting education who wish to pursue graduate-level specialization in this discipline.
