This program aims to educate students in articulating thoughtful perspectives where law and bioethics converge, while engaging in shaping health policy and legislation. Those pursuing healthcare careers will master the legal responsibilities within the industry and gain skills to champion ethically sound approaches that may challenge existing legal frameworks. Similarly, students focusing on health law will develop tools to assess ethical considerations when addressing legal disputes, policy reforms, or legislative proposals.
All post-secondary education will include a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, as well as post-baccalaureate degrees and other coursework not undertaken for a degree.
If you are an international applicant, you may need to submit TOEFL scores.
