This research draws from multiple theoretical frameworks, such as critical race philosophy, critical race theory, whiteness studies, feminist thought, phenomenological approaches, liberation philosophy, pragmatic perspectives, and postcolonial/decolonial theories.
Ongoing research focuses on African-American philosophical thought, systemic anti-black racism, colonial identities, gender-based oppression and liberation efforts, historical examinations of racial constructs, freedom movements and theories, canonical reinterpretations, and studies of whiteness and white dominance.
