The doctoral program in health services research and health policy is provided by Emory University's Laney Graduate School. This distinctive curriculum merges an interdisciplinary, policy-focused public health perspective with comprehensive social science education in either economics or political science, coupled with hands-on research experience. The program starts with a specialized disciplinary concentration and features an adaptable framework. Participants complete coursework in their chosen foundational discipline (economics or political science) while attending a two-year doctoral seminar series.
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university (a master's degree is not required)
GRE scores taken within the last five years.
TOEFL scores should be at least 560 on the paper-based test or a 100 or higher on the Internet-based test.
