The Master of Arts in Teaching with a Secondary English focus is a 41-credit program designed to provide initial teaching certification for grades 6-12 English. This program caters to individuals holding a bachelor's degree in English or a related field who aim to obtain Michigan state teaching credentials. Educators certified with an English (BA) endorsement are qualified to instruct various science subjects in middle and high school settings.
