Health law is a vast and evolving legal field that covers healthcare services and the broader industry, including all key stakeholders: medical professionals, insurance providers, patients, pharmaceutical firms, and research institutions. This area of law has grown significantly due to the intricate relationships within healthcare and the highly decentralized nature of America's healthcare system.

Our Health Law Concentration aims to foster a collaborative network: connecting students, health law and policy faculty, practicing health attorneys as adjunct professors, and professionals from legal, nonprofit, and government sectors who are deeply engaged with health policy and regulatory practices. The program collaborates with Drexel's Schools of Medicine and Public Health, the Psychology Department, and other university divisions to host academic conferences, professional seminars, and special events. Faculty from these programs frequently partner with our law professors on joint research initiatives and educational programs.
