Motion Graphics, also referred to as Motion Design, is the art of animating graphic elements, typography, and images by applying animation techniques. These animated visuals are typically combined with audio elements like music and sound effects to serve various purposes, including commercials, instructional and corporate videos, movie and TV show openings, special effects, and gaming content. As a hub for advertising production, Chicago plays a key role in commercial projects where Motion Graphics form an essential component of both production and post-production workflows.
