Dartmouth's Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program aims to cultivate leaders skilled in both technological and business perspectives. This flexible degree is a collaborative offering between Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business. The MEM program combines engineering, quantitative analysis, and fundamental business education through intimate classes co-taught by professors from both institutions. Participants benefit from Dartmouth's worldwide alumni connections, with opportunities to collaborate with specialists at Geisel School of Medicine and the vibrant startup ecosystem across New England. Students craft individualized study plans, requiring approval from the MEM Director in their initial term and subsequent revisions throughout their academic journey.
