From a broad perspective, student research in GGD aims to reveal the core genetic, biochemical, developmental, and cellular mechanisms underlying life. This work employs cutting-edge techniques in genetics, genomics, biochemistry, proteomics, cell biology, computational biology, imaging, nanobiotechnology, and diverse in vivo approaches to study the regulatory processes behind numerous biological phenomena.
