The Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering is specifically tailored to equip students for successful careers in industrial settings. This curriculum allows for in-depth exploration of cutting-edge chemical engineering subjects while providing flexibility to take complementary courses from other disciplines, enabling students to customize their academic journey. The MS program also serves as strong groundwork for pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering in the United States, particularly beneficial for graduates holding bachelor's degrees in chemistry, physics, or mathematics.
Applicants are expected to have completed General Chemistry I and II, Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III (multi-variable calculus), and an Ordinary Differential Equations Course. While most applicants for the MS program have an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, this is not necessarily a requirement. The field of chemical engineering is broad in scope, so we encourage applicants who hold undergraduate degrees in chemistry, polymer science, physics, materials science, or any engineering discipline to apply.
English Language Requirement
Applicant must have TOEFL score of 600 on paper-and-pencil test, 100 on the internet-based test and IELTS score of 7.5
