As the second-largest employment sector in Colorado and nationwide, hospitality offers diverse career paths. Our program fosters robust connections with local, regional, and national partners across food service, lodging, and event industries to open doors for graduates. Students gain hands-on experience through required participation in The Aspen Grille, our student-operated campus restaurant, while internships and practicums provide valuable real-world training. The department actively supports industry placements during and after the program.
