Our Health and Exercise Science program emphasizes developing students into analytical thinkers with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Students focusing on Health Promotion gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that prepare them for diverse career paths such as corporate wellness programs, community health initiatives, public health agencies, rehabilitation services, fitness instruction, and recreational leadership positions.
Those pursuing the Sports Medicine specialization receive advanced scientific education in movement mechanics, nervous system function, and nutritional science, complemented by hands-on experience through capstone projects in clinical or research settings.
