The International Studies program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that enables students to explore diverse cultures and societies worldwide. Students can specialize in one of five focus areas: Asian Studies, European Studies, Global Studies, Latin American Studies, or Middle East and North African Studies. The program mandates coursework in anthropology & geography, political science, economics, history, foreign languages, and international studies, supplemented by electives from various disciplines throughout the institution.
Program Objectives
Upon completing the International Studies major, graduates will possess the following competencies:
Communicating key concepts in International Studies clearly through writing and speech
Analyzing and assessing worldwide challenges with critical thinking
Integrating knowledge from multiple academic disciplines
Contributing to meaningful global progress
