The Department of Applied Science is a multidisciplinary graduate program primarily centered on doctoral studies, while also providing select Master of Science degree options. These programs allow for tailored specializations across various physical and natural science disciplines. Degree candidates must fulfill an approved course curriculum established by the Applied Science faculty. Completion requirements include either: 1) 30 graduate credit hours plus an original thesis defended before an advisory committee, or 2) 32 graduate credits incorporating Applied Science 710 Research Project.
