The Veterinary Nursing (VETN) program equips students with essential knowledge and practical skills for delivering comprehensive veterinary nursing care across various specialties within veterinary medicine and surgery. This includes training in anesthesia nursing, surgical nursing, radiology technology, dental hygiene, medical laboratory technology, along with clinical and practice administration. Graduates become eligible to take state and national certification exams, enabling them to practice as licensed veterinary nurses. Through a special partnership with the Western Veterinary Conference, the program offers enhanced educational experiences, featuring instruction from globally renowned veterinary specialists across multiple disciplines.
