The Real Estate and Property Management certificate program emphasizes foundational concepts, methodologies, and hands-on application of essential skills for aspiring real estate professionals and property managers. This credential equips students for careers in the field by providing coursework that fulfills requirements for the Ohio Real Estate Licensure Exam, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certifications. To earn the 12-credit certificate, students must complete all four mandatory courses while meeting prerequisite requirements. A grade of C or better is mandatory in each core course to obtain the certification.
