A fast-track initiative allowing EECS students to obtain both a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and a Master's in Electrical Engineering within five years (BEE, BCE plus MSEE). Additionally, it provides an expedited pathway for students to acquire a Bachelor's in Computer Science alongside a Master's in Computer and Information Science in the same timeframe (BSCS plus MCIS). The Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department further facilitates an accelerated option for earning a Bachelor's in Computer Science combined with a Master's in Computer Science within five years. All undergraduate engineering curricula hold accreditation from ABET's Engineering Accreditation Commission, the premier accrediting body for applied science, computing, engineering, and technology programs. The electronics engineering technology undergraduate program is certified by ABET's Technology Accreditation Commission. For the accelerated five-year Bachelor's/Master's programs mentioned, only the undergraduate components carry ABET accreditation.
