The Bachelor of Science curriculum incorporates extra foundational and higher-level classes in mathematics and sciences, whereas the Bachelor of Arts program requires a four-semester modern language requirement. Students can choose from three specialization tracks: community studies, general sociology, or social services. As a sociology student, you'll explore subjects including socioeconomic stratification, racial and ethnic relations, gender studies, legal systems, family dynamics, cultural studies, faith traditions, educational systems, and global development.
Graduates with sociology degrees are frequently recruited for client-facing roles in organizational leadership, team supervision, executive management, corporate communications, human services, and market analysis.
Our accelerated degree pathway allows high-achieving sociology undergraduates to simultaneously pursue graduate-level coursework in social sciences while completing their bachelor's requirements.
