The Master of Public Health (MPH) program trains students and healthcare professionals to apply health promotion and disease prevention strategies, enhancing community well-being.
Using a hands-on, multidisciplinary approach, MPH students build a strong grounding in public health fundamentals while specializing in a chosen field. Our program's mandatory internship lets you apply concepts in practical scenarios, evaluating public health issues faced by communities in Southern California's Inland Empire. This immersive experience will shape your research, service, and learning. Working with experienced faculty, you'll partner with communities, tribal groups, and organizations to address critical health issues, strengthening their ability to tackle emerging challenges while growing as a leader. You'll explore global healthcare developments and acquire skills for diverse public health careers, from data analysis to environmental health and research.
