The Arts Management program now combines the former Art Business and Arts Management tracks, covering both for-profit and nonprofit organizations across all creative fields. This unified approach fosters deeper exploration and innovation within a broader framework.
The Master of Arts in Art Business caters to both emerging and experienced professionals who are passionate about visual arts and seek to understand the market forces and management principles shaping artistic and commercial value in today's landscape.
This MA program equips graduates for leadership positions in art enterprises, projects, and institutions. With an emphasis on market trends and entrepreneurial thinking, students gain the tools to launch new ventures or enhance existing ones. Our vast alumni network and industry connections provide valuable resources to drive impactful change in the art sector and related fields.

As the sole art business graduate program on the West Coast with a Pacific Rim focus, we offer specialized courses on East Asian markets and research opportunities in Latin America. We're also unique as the only art business program housed within a fully accredited nonprofit university, ensuring our commitment to education rather than financial returns.
