The College of Arts and Humanities offers flexible Liberal Studies programs including a BA with large (64-66 credits) and small (45-47 credits) plans, plus a minor option (30 credits), catering to diverse academic requirements.
These interdisciplinary programs are ideal for students interested in exploring multiple arts and humanities fields beyond traditional single-discipline curricula. With advisor approval, students can create customized study plans drawing from various departments, aligning with their educational and professional objectives while meeting upper-level course prerequisites in Arts and Humanities.
Liberal Studies majors must incorporate coursework from at least three different Arts and Humanities disciplines. Given the program's humanistic emphasis, any courses from outside the College require approval from the Liberal Studies program director.
