In collaboration with their advisor, students will choose 15-18 credit hours. The Master of Science in Administration is a multidisciplinary program designed to address the professional development needs of organizational leaders. This degree emphasizes practical application rooted in theoretical foundations, focusing on essential administrative knowledge, skills, and methodologies for career success. A foundational curriculum gives students shared administrative competencies, while specialized concentration courses align with individual professional goals. The program concludes with a capstone project that synthesizes academic concepts with real-world practice, showcasing the integration of the student's learning journey. Course selection is determined through advisor-student collaboration.
