Physical education and sports offer opportunities for all engagement levels - from rigorous academic exploration of kinesiology (the science of body movement) to recreational athletic participation. Pursuing physical education means striving to maximize your potential through movement. CMU's programs emphasize: (1) career preparation in health, physical education, and sports professions, (2) advanced study of physical education and athletics, and (3) fundamental skill development across various activities. Degree options include Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Education, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Applied Arts, and Master of Arts in Sport Administration. These programs can lead to careers in physical education, coaching, or sports management. Interdisciplinary studies may align with sports-related career aspirations.
