While typically linked to business administration, management principles are versatile, applicable to diverse contexts from personal finance to overseeing social, governmental, educational, healthcare, and religious institutions. CMU's Management Department provides four distinct major options. Note that credit/no-credit courses don't count toward management majors, which are exclusively available to College of Business Administration enrollees. Students may not pursue both Management and Human Resource Management simultaneously.
