Catholic University trains biologists who are critical thinkers and ready to work at the cutting edge of science and medicine. As a biology major, you will enter into a rigorous program in which you will explore classical and contemporary areas of science. You will also have the chance to work directly with faculty on their research projects.
Students earning this degree must complete the total 138 credit-hour curriculum required to graduate from the School of Arts and Sciences.

International students applying to Catholic University must have successfully completed a university preparatory course of study at a secondary school (a minimum of 12 years of primary and secondary school training comprising the equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma). Upon receipt of your completed application and required admission materials, your credentials are reviewed by members of the admission staff.
International students are eligible for Catholic University merit scholarships. Catholic University awards up to $33,000 per year per student.
