Nonprofit Management and Leadership: Explores the unique challenges of administering nonprofit entities, covering strategic planning, human resources, fiscal matters, and policy considerations. This course aims to equip students with the ability to thoughtfully assess effective leadership approaches for nonprofit institutions. Participants will develop essential competencies including team management, donor engagement, board development, and strategic planning. The curriculum demonstrates how nonprofit executives apply these abilities to energize stakeholders—donors, employees, board members, and beneficiaries—inspiring them to fully commit to the organization's vision. Students will understand how effective leaders foster environments where teams feel empowered to innovate, take calculated risks, and remain devoted to a shared purpose under guidance they perceive as trustworthy, emotionally aware, and compassionate.
