The Master of Arts in Educational Administration focuses on TK-12 education, equipping future leaders with the skills to manage educational institutions from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade. Students complete CTC CAPE-aligned coursework along with 120 hours of administrative fieldwork, while simultaneously earning their Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) as part of the degree program.
Alongside foundational and specialized courses, graduate students undertake a research component culminating in either a thesis or comprehensive examination.
Those opting for a thesis or evaluation course may apply these credits toward their degree requirements. The Comprehensive Evaluation Course provides an opportunity for students to showcase their expertise in school administration principles. Offered each semester and summer session, enrollment is restricted to students' final semester of coursework (excluding one fieldwork section). Permission to retake the evaluation may require completing specified additional courses.
