During the MAT program, participants will gain skills to critically analyze the sociocultural and sociopolitical factors influencing educational research and school systems. They'll use these analytical abilities to design and deliver standards-aligned curriculum in varied learning environments, employing effective teaching strategies that benefit all learners, including English Language Learners and students with special needs. Participants will also complete an independent Teacher Action Research Project, applying research methods in diverse classroom settings.
