The Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology delivers a comprehensive, interdisciplinary education focused on human movement, blending natural and social sciences to equip students for diverse careers. These include physical education, sports coaching, athletic management, corporate wellness, senior fitness programs, sports medicine, and related physical activity professions.
This degree features five specialized tracks tailored to students' academic goals and professional aspirations: Physical Education Teacher Education, Athletic Coaching Education, Athletic Administration, Physical Activity and Wellness, and Athletic Care.
The Athletic Administration specialization readies students for sports business careers across amateur, collegiate, and professional levels. The program combines kinesiology fundamentals with essential business training and practical experience in sports management domains like leadership, marketing, legal aspects, finance, and event coordination. Participants will enhance their communication abilities, analytical reasoning, and solution-oriented thinking.
