As one of five degree options in the Design Department, it shares foundational courses with the Architecture Studies program.
This comprehensive program explores the multifaceted nature of interior environment design. Students gain architectural and interior design perspectives while developing the critical skills, knowledge, and awareness needed for professional practice. The curriculum covers architectural history and theory, studio work, construction techniques, building systems, furnishings research, visual communication, and business practices. It promotes an interdisciplinary design approach with special consideration for environmental, social, and cultural impacts.
Design studios form the core of the educational experience, where students tackle real-world projects through hands-on learning to prepare for post-graduation challenges.
