Political Science focuses on examining governmental systems and political processes. Sacramento State's Political Science Department provides coursework across diverse disciplines, such as: Political Philosophy, U.S. Government, Constitutional Law, Global Affairs, Comparative Government, and Policy Analysis. With more than 70 course offerings, the department comprehensively addresses political science's core subjects. Introductory courses fulfill General Education requirements while building foundations for upper-division studies.
