This program equips individuals holding a bachelor's degree in non-real estate fields for diverse careers in real estate, spanning sales, investment, property management, and mortgage banking. It fulfills the educational prerequisites for California's Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Students must complete 12 units to earn this certificate. While no additional prerequisites are needed, FIN 3810 requires completion of FIN 2050 (Business Law) beforehand. Successful graduates will receive a Real Estate Certificate upon finishing all coursework.

Hold a Bachelor's degree, and wish to continue your graduate/post-baccalaureate studies in a graduate, certificate, credential or 2nd bachelor's program at Cal State LA.
