This collaborative initiative is offered jointly by California State University, Los Angeles's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Raytheon Corporation. The College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology (ECST) seeks to collaborate with industry leaders to grant academic credit for specially designed courses delivered through the College of Professional and Global Education. Through its partnership with industry leaders, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department has created a post-baccalaureate certificate program focused on Radar Systems Fundamentals. This curriculum combines the specialized knowledge of defense electronics and radar systems experts with Cal State LA's respected graduate MSEE program in communication systems, presenting a distinctive learning experience for students pursuing comprehensive understanding of radar system fundamentals.

Qualification Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree, and wish to continue your graduate/post-baccalaureate studies in a graduate, certificate, credential or 2nd bachelor's program at Cal State LA.
Good academic standing at the last college or university attended,
Grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.5 in an acceptable earned Bachelor's degree (or a GPA of at least 2.5 (out of 4.0) in the last 60 semester (or 90 quarter) units attempted)Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)- 80 ibT or higher, 550 pbt
