Special action students must achieve an overall GPA of 3.0 for four qualifying courses as approved in advance by the department. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - 80 ibt or higher , International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - Band 6.0 or higher , Toefl Paper - 550
