The Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology program equips students with expertise in food safety, preservation methods, analytical techniques, quality control, and product innovation. This curriculum prepares graduates for diverse roles in the food sector, including production supervision, food technology specialists, quality assurance directors, technical service advisors, regulatory compliance officers, product development leads, and research positions. The 120-credit program also serves as excellent preparation for advanced studies in Food Science.
