The Theatre Arts Department maintains active memberships with the Theatre Communications Group, United States Institute of Theatre Technology, University/Resident Theatre Association, and International Theatre Institute of the United States. All theatre majors must contribute to department productions. Acting students enrolled in performance courses must audition for and participate in that semester's productions, accepting any assigned roles.
