As the sole institution in Orange County and one of just five across California with this distinguished dual recognition, we ensure students benefit from top-tier education taught by highly qualified professors in a program meeting the most rigorous business education standards. Often described as business's universal language, accounting fundamentally involves documenting, categorizing, analyzing, and explaining an organization's financial information. This data serves crucial needs for various stakeholders including executives, shareholders, and other interested parties. Accounting supports strategic choices by tracking resource utilization, evaluating outcomes, exploring alternative scenarios, assessing tax impacts, and offering investor confidence. In today's rapidly changing business landscape, dependable financial data is essential for making informed decisions about resource distribution, making accounting indispensable to both economic and societal frameworks.
