The Master of Science in Nursing Program at Cal State East Bay aims to equip nurses from our culturally diverse community with the skills to excel as educators, leaders, and administrators across clinical, organizational, and academic environments. It offers a smooth transition to doctoral studies for those pursuing further education, delivered through convenient online and hybrid formats. This program is structured for completion within four semesters.
Upon earning their M.S. in Nursing, graduates will be ready for roles in clinical, organizational, and academic settings. Those specializing in Nursing Education will gain expertise for clinical education leadership or teaching positions in nursing programs. Meanwhile, graduates focusing on Leadership and Management will be prepared for administrative and leadership roles in healthcare practice environments.
