The Educational Administration (EDAD) program equips aspiring leaders and administrators to foster academic progress for PK-12 students while ensuring fair access to quality education.
At CSUB, the EDAD program builds collaborative relationships with participants to enhance both academic performance and personal development for PK12 students. Our faculty combines practical expertise from diverse leadership roles with cutting-edge research insights, which we implement through:
Educating EDAD participants on transformative, instructional, and principled leadership approaches.
Mentoring EDAD candidates in critical competencies like data interpretation, professional learning communities, and instructional coaching.
Strengthening participants' ability to oversee school operations and shape educational policies.
Equipping EDAD candidates to actively involve their school communities.
Unofficial transcripts from all prior undergraduate and graduate coursework with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Language proficiency:
TOEFL: Score of 79 iBT required
IELTS: Score of 6.5 required.
Duolingo English Test: Minimum score of 105.
Pearson Test Examination (PTE): Minimum score of 58.
