The Biology Department provides a Bachelor of Science in Biology, available with or without a Biotechnology focus, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biological Sciences and a Master of Science in Biology. The program highlights evolutionary concepts and organism-environment interactions across all coursework. Students engage in hands-on field studies and lab experiments to analyze biological systems firsthand. Elective options enable learners to tailor their studies to personal interests.
The Bachelor of Arts in Human Biological Sciences features a structured course sequence establishing core biological knowledge for health-related careers. Note: This program is not designed for pre-med or pre-professional track students.
