CBU's international studies major allows students to learn about global issues while strengthening their Christian faith.In an increasingly globalized economy, CBU's bachelor's in international studies is an interdisciplinary major that prepares students to work with for-profit and nonprofit organizations as well as government agencies or ministries that have a global footprint.
What You'll Learn
Students in the international studies program will learn to:
Apply the hard and soft skills necessary to work in for-profit and non-profit organizations, government agencies, or ministries with a global footprint.
Explain/describe international issues, actors, and trends.
Utilize biblical knowledge as a foundation for developing an understanding of the characteristics of a global Christian who is committed to expanding the Kingdom of God through evangelism and discipling.
Apply cultural competence by completing an international experience that includes engaging the most meaningful components of a different culture (e.g., language, religion and norms).
