The Physics PhD program offers students the chance to conduct autonomous research across cutting-edge physics disciplines. During their initial year, participants build a comprehensive physics foundation through core coursework, department colloquia, and skill development. Advanced classes and specialized seminar series then deliver focused expertise. With this fundamental knowledge, PhD candidates join research teams in their chosen specialization, working closely with faculty members whose expertise covers diverse physics domains.
Applicants are expected to have a strong background in physics or closely related subjects at the undergraduate level.
