The MS program focuses on building a strong theoretical base and introducing students to cutting-edge advancements. The analytical skills and advanced mathematical/algorithmic proficiency needed for graduate-level coursework enable MS graduates to take on greater responsibilities and supervisory roles compared to BS engineers.
