The Education Policy Studies (EPS) concentration is an intensive two-year, full-time program designed to equip professionals for roles in shaping education policy, driving reform, and conducting research at local, national, or international levels. Participants analyze educational trends, policy implementations, results, and debates through interdisciplinary research approaches. The EPS program develops expertise for careers in: Educational think tanks, Private sector research organizations, School administration at district and regional levels, State education departments, Federal education research centers, The U.S. Department of Education, Global education initiatives, and Doctoral studies in education policy, assessment, research methodology, and related fields.
