The Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations provides these academic programs: a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) and a Master's in Educational Leadership with an Education Policy Studies concentration (MEd).

The School Leadership track cultivates capable education leaders who combine faith, intellect, and integrity with a clear vision for school improvement and student success. The Education Policy Studies (EPS) concentration is an intensive two-year program designed for professionals seeking to influence educational transformation, policy development, and research at various levels. IELTS - Overall minimum band score of 7.0 (consisting of minimum band scores of 6.0 in each module)
TOEFL (paper based test) - 580
TOEFL iBT (internet based test) - Minimum subscores of 22 (Speaking) and 21 (Listening, Reading, & Writing respectively) comprising an overall score at least 85.
