The objectives of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program are to showcase expertise in the chosen specialization while developing competence across essential business domains such as corporate finance, financial reporting, marketing, global operations/supply chain, personnel management, leadership, business strategy, international management, cost accounting, and professional ethics.
First Year: All incoming MBA candidates must complete the foundational management curriculum during their initial two semesters (30 weeks total). The Marriott School's MBA follows a rigid cohort model where first-year students begin in autumn and progress through identical coursework together. Given the demanding nature of the curriculum and extensive group projects beyond classroom hours, employment is prohibited during this first academic year.
Second Year: In their final year, participants can select from diverse elective offerings to complete their selected MBA concentrations.
The program offers five specialization pathways. Learners may enhance their studies by pursuing supplementary focus areas, minors, or certifications in fields including Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, Supply Chain Operations, Market Strategy, and Human Capital Management
