Apply business and leadership expertise to amplify social change
During Heller's 16-month, AACSB-accredited MBA program, you will:
Acquire management training exclusively focused on social impact at a top-ranked institution for social policy
Become part of a cooperative network of intentional leaders committed to driving societal progress
Develop skills to guide purpose-oriented organizations in nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors
As a Heller scholar, you'll collaborate with the Career Development Center to clarify your professional aspirations and create action plans. Starting with the virtual Career Academy before orientation, MBA candidates consult with career specialists, participate in skill-building sessions, and connect with potential employers. You'll receive comprehensive support throughout your journey, from early career exploration to resume crafting, networking guidance, and mock interviews.
By graduation, you'll master strategic planning, operational enhancement, financial analysis of programs, impact assessment, and ethical leadership across diverse stakeholder groups. Our MBA graduates secure rewarding positions through alumni connections, Team Consulting Projects, the Board Fellows initiative, career exploration trips, and employer presentations. According to a recent survey, all 2018 MBA alumni were either employed or pursuing further education within one year of completing the program.
